Printer Warranty – 3 Years of Coverage

All GoDEX thermal printers purchased through McAuley Labels are backed by a 3-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covering:

  • Mechanical and electrical components

  • Factory defects and workmanship issues

  • Firmware or display malfunctions under normal use

šŸ›  Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper use, unauthorized repair, or neglect

  • Consumable parts such as print heads, rollers, or ribbons

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, discoloration, etc.)

If you experience an issue, please contact us before sending the unit back.
We’ll help diagnose the problem and provide repair or replacement options if applicable.


Label Warranty – Quality & Durability Guarantee

All McAuley thermal labels are manufactured to ensure consistent adhesion, clarity, and print quality.
We guarantee our labels will perform as described when used with compatible printers and under normal storage conditions.

  • Adhesive failure due to a material defect

  • Print quality issues on unused stock

  • Label delamination during standard use

🚫 Not covered:

  • Damage caused by incorrect printer settings or ribbon mismatch

  • Exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or moisture beyond product specifications

For best results, store labels in a cool, dry place and use within 12 months of purchase.


Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-printed or branded labels (with logos, QR codes, or business details) are non-returnable unless defective.
If a print or material defect occurs, we will reprint or replace the order at no additional charge.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Email info@mcauleylabels.com with your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the defect or performance problem.

  3. Our support team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and provide the next steps.

If approved, we’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the product and issue.


Shipping & Returns Under Warranty

  • McAuley covers outbound shipping for replacement products.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
